  • Colour may vary, this is normal in handmade crystal.

  • All products are entirely hand made and may therefore vary. Therein lies the charm and individuality of hand made crystal.

  • Designs may change or cease to be produced without prior warning.

  • Delivery times quoted are approximate. Longer delivery times than that quoted will not be accepted as a reason for the cancellation of the order.

  • No refund will be entertained once an order has been commissioned.

  • All Gibraltar Crystal goods are guaranteed against damage howsoever caused while in transit.

  • All breakages must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt and such communication acknowledged by Gibraltar Crystal.

  • Gibraltar Crystal will not normally seek proof of damage before replacing a piece, wishing to work on trust. However, Gibraltar Crystal reserves the right to seek proof, by photographic evidence or by the return of the damaged goods.

  • Gibraltar Crystal is not liable for packages lost in transit. This will rest with the carrier and remedy will be sought from them.

  • No charge is made on goods being replaced except the mailing cost, charged at cost price.

  • Gibraltar Crystal does not charge for packaging, handling or insurance but only for the actual cost of mailing. This is charged once the goods have been dispatched.

  • All Gibraltar Crystal pieces are purchased free of VAT and import duty. Some countries levy import duty and other taxes which the client is liable to settle. Gibraltar Crystal does not hold itself responsible for any of these charges. Any advice offered by Gibraltar Crystal is given in good faith and as guidance only, since countries vary levies and taxes.

  • We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

  • The intellectual property rights in this website and the designs contained therein are owned and controlled by Gibraltar Crystal.

  • You may download, electronically copy or print any of the contents on condition that you are using them for personal and not for commercial purposes. Use for any other purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Gibraltar Crystal.
